Due to continuous changes of society in many sectors, where very different intervention profiles are outlined, organizations must respond to new needs that the world of training must face, using new methodologies and adapting the methodologies of learning and working in new contexts of intervention.
Allowing our staff to learn new ways of learning through transnational experiences, qualifying their competence as adult education staff, implementing their skills in the strategic planning of effective training interventions, we want to promote an innovation intervention, which meet the needs of the third sector. To strengthen these opportunities and allow a wider innovation process it is necessary to promote quality training, which allows the achievement of the training objectives and the improvement of the results, the autonomy, the individual and shared responsibility of our staff.
Project objectives are:
1) to act on staff' skills, in order to be able to create a sense of constant growth and progress, avoiding the risk of stagnation.
2) to create a set of methodological skills to work with users (who in our organization have often the profile of learners, both as a training path for active inclusion, and as a path of personal growth referring to their social inclusion) using non-formal training techniques adapted to people with specific learning needs and with a personal vulnerability profile, who often have no motivation for active learning.
