CEPAE: Educative Coaching, Dropout Prevention - KA2 - 2015-1-ES01-KA201-016265

CEPAE is a two-year European project designed and implemented by organizations from Italy, Spain, Germany, and Turkey under the Erasmus + Programme - Strategic Partnerships in Adult Education, funded by the European Commission.

The general objective of the project is contributing to reduce as much as possible the Early School Leaving (ESL) rate in the country partners of CEPAE and, later, in all European Regions thanks to the impactful disseminating activities planned as part of the project.

CEPAE aims at producing useful and transferable tools to tackle the ESL problem.

 

For this purpose, the project contemplates the participation of two target groups in a double strategy:

  • Bottom-up strategy, involving students participating in an intervention model based on coaching and resulting in a Coaching Guide.
  • Top-down strategy, involving educators working with potential early leavers and resulting in a Cooperation online platform.
